Summary

Develop and optimize web-based content architectures, enhancing sales enablement content discoverability and management processes.

Join our Knowledge Management & Governance team as a Web Development Engineer to enhance sales enablement content discoverability and streamline content management processes, primarily within Highspot.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design and implement scalable web architectures for content management systems.
  • Translate information architecture strategies into practical technical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize modern web and knowledge management solutions to improve content delivery and user experience.
  • Configure, automate, and optimize content environments for efficient drafting, publishing, and prioritization.
  • Create and maintain documentation for content structure standards and implementation guidelines.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • Experience with Highspot features and platform configuration.
  • Proficiency in modern web development technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Understanding and implementation of responsive design principles.
  • Knowledge of web performance and search/discoverability optimization techniques.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience with AWS Services and cloud-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern build tools and deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Understanding of information architecture principles and best practices.
  • Excellence in logical thinking and problem-solving.
