Summary
Develop and optimize web-based content architectures, enhancing sales enablement content discoverability and management processes.
Join our Knowledge Management & Governance team as a Web Development Engineer to enhance sales enablement content discoverability and streamline content management processes, primarily within Highspot.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement scalable web architectures for content management systems.
- Translate information architecture strategies into practical technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize modern web and knowledge management solutions to improve content delivery and user experience.
- Configure, automate, and optimize content environments for efficient drafting, publishing, and prioritization.
- Create and maintain documentation for content structure standards and implementation guidelines.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Experience with Highspot features and platform configuration.
- Proficiency in modern web development technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ JavaScript.
- Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- Understanding and implementation of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of web performance and search/discoverability optimization techniques.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with AWS Services and cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with modern build tools and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Understanding of information architecture principles and best practices.
- Excellence in logical thinking and problem-solving.
