Develop and optimize web-based content architectures, enhancing sales enablement content discoverability and management processes.

Join our Knowledge Management & Governance team as a Web Development Engineer to enhance sales enablement content discoverability and streamline content management processes, primarily within Highspot. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement scalable web architectures for content management systems. * Translate information architecture strategies into practical technical solutions. * Develop and optimize modern web and knowledge management solutions to improve content delivery and user experience. * Configure, automate, and optimize content environments for efficient drafting, publishing, and prioritization. * Create and maintain documentation for content structure standards and implementation guidelines. **Required Qualifications:** * Experience with Highspot features and platform configuration. * Proficiency in modern web development technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ JavaScript. * Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular). * Understanding and implementation of responsive design principles. * Knowledge of web performance and search/discoverability optimization techniques. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with AWS Services and cloud-based solutions. * Familiarity with modern build tools and deployment processes. * Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG). * Understanding of information architecture principles and best practices. * Excellence in logical thinking and problem-solving.
