## Territory Sales Representative (Graphics Specialist)

Join 3M, a global innovation leader, as a Graphics Specialist. This remote role, based in the Seattle or Portland metro areas, involves managing sales for our graphics products across Washington and Oregon. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and providing expert product demonstrations and training.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned sales territory in Washington and Oregon to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Represent 3M graphics products and services to Distributors, Graphic Manufacturers, and Brand Owners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for external customers on product knowledge, applications, systems, and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to accounts, prospects, and peers.

### What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified).
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

### Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

• Three years of sales experience (private, public, government, or military).
• Experience selling through distribution channels.
• Background in Branding and Graphics.
• Strong presentation and computer skills (Salesforce, MS Office).
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively to groups.
• Self-starter with high energy and passion.

### Work Environment:

• **Location:** Remote, based in the Seattle, WA or Portland, or metro area.
• **Travel:** Up to 50% overnight domestic travel, primarily within WA and or.
• **Vehicle:** A company vehicle is provided for this position.
• **Compensation:** The expected compensation range is $113,752 - $139,031 (includes base pay plus variable incentive, if eligible).
• **Eligibility:** Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
