Job Description

Lead AI/ML marketing strategy and execution for AWS Marketplace, driving growth through integrated campaigns and partner collaboration.
Join the AWS Marketplace Marketing team as an experienced leader to define and drive category growth within the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape. This role focuses on transforming how enterprises discover, procure, and deploy AI technology. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Category Strategy & Positioning:** Define and execute go-to-market strategies for GenAI, ML, and Data & Analytics categories. * **Integrated Campaigns:** Design and orchestrate omni-channel campaigns targeting technical and business decision-makers (from data scientists to CxO executives). * **Partner Collaboration:** Develop co-marketing programs, joint value propositions, and scalable partner marketing initiatives with leading AI/ML partners. * **Technical Content & Thought Leadership:** Create compelling content (e.g., real-world use cases, ROI models, implementation guidance) by collaborating with solution architects and technical specialists. * **Event & Field Marketing:** Lead category presence at key industry events, including re:Invent and partner events. * **Performance Analytics:** Establish sophisticated measurement frameworks to track category awareness, solution adoption, and customer lifetime value. * **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Technology, Operations, and Partner teams to ensure effective strategy execution and exceptional customer/partner experience. **Basic Qualifications:** * 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. * 5+ years of experience developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs. * Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements. * Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. * Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners. * Cloud marketplace experience, including familiarity with software procurement, ISV/channel ecosystems, and multi-dimensional business models. * Deep understanding of AI/ML buyer personas, use cases, and technical evaluation criteria. * Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) from strategy through execution. * Mix of global and regional marketing experience with a track record of delivering mass-scale marketing programming. **Location:** Strong preference for Seattle, WA; San Diego, CA; SFO/Bay Area, CA. Also available in Arlington, VA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; New York, NY. **Compensation:** The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year to $185,000/year, depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is part of a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
