Job Description

Lead global strategic marketing for AWS GSI partners, driving awareness, demand, and revenue through joint programs and strong relationships.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior GSI Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute global strategic marketing plans with large-scale Global System Integrator (GSI) partners. This pivotal role focuses on building awareness, creating demand, and driving revenue for AWS services through key partner initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement global partner marketing programs to grow AWS revenue with GSI partners. * Serve as the primary marketing contact for partners worldwide, ensuring alignment with AWS global priorities. * Collaborate with partners and sales teams to identify target segments, create compelling joint value propositions, and launch engaging campaigns. * Oversee the execution of regional marketing programs, leveraging MDF and other funding. * Enhance partner awareness and utilization of AWS marketing resources and support. * Work cross-functionally with AWS Solution, Industry, Workload, and Regional Partner Marketing teams, as well as Sales and Solution Architecture organizations, to design and execute worldwide programs. * Advocate for strategic partner needs internally and share best practices across regions. * Potentially manage third-party vendors for specific marketing initiatives, including Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs. **Basic Qualifications:** * 6+ years of experience in a consultative marketing role. * 6+ years of channel knowledge, preferably with ISV, GSI, and SI partners. * 6+ years of experience in the technology sector (software, data, or cloud), specifically in partner/channel marketing or account management. * 6+ years of experience planning, managing, and executing marketing plans and campaigns, including liaison with third-party agencies. Understanding of MDF programs is a strong plus. * 4+ years of experience and knowledge of marketing best practices (e.g., email, SEO, social, display, video) and offline campaign types (e.g., events, telemarketing, ABM). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Demonstrated ability to drive direction and alignment across large cross-functional teams and agency partners. * Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners having a global footprint. * Excellent consultative and client liaison skills, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships. * Strong interest in cloud technology and diverse industry solutions aligned with AWS business. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and effectively manage time. * Solid understanding of cloud architecture and the broader cloud landscape. * Experience with IT Outsourcing and/or application migration and modernization. * Previous work history or experience within a GSI organization.
