UX/UI Designer

IvoryCloud is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and high-quality user experiences for web and mobile interfaces. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in our Rockville, MD office.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Design and produce high-quality UI/UX solutions, including wireframes and site maps, using Figma.
• Collaborate with UX stakeholders to deeply understand customer needs and business goals, incorporating feedback to drive product direction and design solutions that meet KPIs.
• Perform comprehensive testing on user interface elements.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining transparent communication and meeting quick turn-around expectations.
• *Required Qualifications & Experience:**
• U.S. Citizenship is a mandatory and non-negotiable requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in visual and sensory systems design.
• 6+ years of experience in user research and UX/UI design for both web and mobile interfaces.
• Experience with federal projects is a plus.
• **Important Note:** An initial in-person visit to our Rockville, MD office is required for paperwork completion, identification verification, and laptop pickup. Travel expenses for this initial visit will be reimbursed after a 90-day probation period.
• *Required Skills:**
• Exceptional proficiency in user-centric front-end web development.
• Advanced proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, Zeplin, Abstract, InVision, or live code prototyping.
• Strong understanding of Accessible Design/Development principles (Section 508).
• Comprehensive knowledge of Atomic Design and component-based design-development.
• Proven ability in data and insights analysis to define experience success metrics and KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in complex system and process mapping.
• Expertise in user research and testing, including mapping user journeys and interactive flows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of project scope estimates.
