Join Amazon's Talent Acquisition (ATA) team as a UX Designer to shape world-class experiences that support associates and corporate employees throughout their career journeys. **About the Role:** As a UX Designer, you will shape the user experience across Amazon's entire talent ecosystem, from job search and interviewing to employee engagement and career development. You will craft seamless journeys for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters, translating human needs and behaviors into innovative design solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Partner with engineering and product management to execute and deliver successful products using a customer-focused, iterative design process. * Lead UX efforts across multiple teams, setting design direction and driving activities. * Determine optimal UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals. * Communicate design strategy, outcomes, and deliverables to diverse stakeholders through strong storytelling and presentations. * Create high-quality deliverables, drive overall UX team delivery, and improve team efficiency. * Leverage and extend established UX techniques, templates, and assets, fostering consistency and reuse. * Foster collaborative, cross-discipline team dynamics. **Basic Qualifications:** * 5+ years of design experience. * 3+ years delivering design solutions as a UX or interaction designer. * An available online portfolio. * Experience prototyping (e.g., HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Axure). **Preferred Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience with mass-market consumer web/mobile products. * Experience collaborating directly with developers for design implementation. **Compensation & Benefits:** This position offers a base pay range from $106,000/year to $184,000/year, varying by market location and experience. Amazon provides a total compensation package including equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
