- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Champion human-centered design to simplify complex customer tasks in data science and machine learning.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Develop innovative solutions for seamless service deployment and parity across all AWS Regions.
- Build new capabilities for Amazon Launch Manager, managing end-to-end product lifecycles including approval, launch, customer scaling, and deprecation workflows.
- Obsess over customer experience, focusing on details to improve interactions.
- *Who You Are:**
- A designer with deep knowledge and practical experience across all UX design aspects: user research, idea generation, interaction design, and functional prototyping.
- A strong design storyteller, comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Passionate about shaping the future of AWS and empowering service teams.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- 8+ years of design experience.
- An available online portfolio.
- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience applying Scrum to visual or UX design processes.
- Experience with UX design for complex workflows.
