As a UX Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping principled, user-centered digital experiences. This strategic leadership position focuses on deepening design capabilities, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and evolving our digital product team from a startup mindset to a scalable model. You will act as a design strategist, facilitator, and thought partner, guiding early discovery and translating audience needs into meaningful digital solutions that connect user needs with organizational goals.

  • *How You Will Contribute:**
  • Champion user-centered design across digital product initiatives, ensuring intuitive and accessible experiences aligned with our mission.
  • Serve as a strategic voice and hands-on contributor in shaping digital UX, blending design execution with brand and marketing goals to drive engagement.
  • Lead early-stage discovery and design strategy, partnering with product, research, content, and engineering teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions for collaborative problem-framing and design direction.
  • Define and oversee core experience design elements: user flows, wireframes, site architecture, content patterns, and design system components.
  • Maintain curiosity for emerging tools, including AI, to enhance concepting, prototyping, and design thinking.
  • Improve design rigor, cohesion, and quality across breakpoints, ensuring consistency between design and production.
  • Act as a systems thinker, connecting design to audience segmentation, personalization, and broader platform strategy.
  • *What You Will Bring:**
  • 10+ years of UX design experience, including strategic problem-solving in cross-functional leadership settings.
  • A strong portfolio of UX work across web platforms for multiple devices and viewports.
  • Expertise in Information Architecture (IA), interaction design, usability best practices, and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience guiding or contributing to design systems, especially in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and partnering with product managers, researchers, and engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complexity and build shared understanding.
  • Ability to contribute to team storytelling efforts through key visuals and design artifacts that clarify strategy and communicate value.
