Supvy Detention And Deportation Officer (Reemployed Annuitant & Ctap/Ictap/Rpl) (Term Appointment)

This opportunity is specifically for re-employed CSRS and FERS annuitants seeking a Deportation Officer GS-15 position, approved with a dual compensation waiver until 6/30/2028.

• Conduct expert legal research and investigations on highly complex, sensitive deportation/exclusion cases.
• Make decisions on intricate deportation reconsideration requests involving jurisdictional issues.
• Represent the agency at hearings and forums on detention and deportation operations.
• Apply broad analytical management processes and develop/implement agency-wide detention/deportation policies.
• *Employment Details for Annuitants (Dual Compensation Waiver):**
• **Benefits:** Full annuity and full Federal salary, annual and sick leave (for full-time schedules), and eligibility for overtime (including AUO).
