This announcement recruits experienced Deportation Officers (GS-14) who are CSRS and FERS annuitants. This is a unique rehire opportunity with a potential waiver of salary offset (dual compensation waiver).

• **Eligibility:** CSRS/FERS annuitants, excluding those with early voluntary or buyout retirements. Waiver valid until June 30, 2028.
• **Appointment:** Non-status, term appointment (Not-to-Exceed 1 year, extendable).
• *Benefits (with Dual Compensation Waiver):**
• Full annuity and full Federal salary.
• Annual and sick leave (for full-time schedules).
• Full-time work schedules available.
• Eligibility for overtime, including Administratively Uncontrollable Overtime (AUO).

• *Responsibilities (GS-14):**
• Serve as an expert in agency-wide enforcement and removal operations.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve complex enforcement and deportation management processes.
• Develop and implement agency enforcement and deportation policies and procedures.
• *Qualifications (GS-14):**
• One year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent.
• Specialized experience includes serving as an enforcement expert, applying assessment methods for operations, and developing/implementing policies.
• Qualifying experience includes paid and unpaid (volunteer) work.
