Summary
Lead strategic labor and employee relations, providing expert guidance and developing policy solutions for a federal agency.
We are seeking a highly experienced Labor and Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert guidance and develop strategic solutions at the GS-15 level.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic guidance, evaluating policies and programs related to legislative changes impacting labor and employee relations.
- Serve as a technical expert, advising on complex labor and employee relations matters including collective bargaining, negotiations, grievances, employee discipline, performance management, and awards.
- Create and deliver innovative solutions for labor and employee relations policy challenges, including training and process improvements.
- *Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service, demonstrating expertise in the responsibilities listed above.
