Job Description

Summary

Seeking an experienced professional for federal program evaluation, system development, and management support at a GS-14 level.

This GS-14 level position seeks a highly experienced professional to lead and manage critical programs within a federal agency. The role involves strategic oversight, system development, and direct support to management.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct comprehensive program evaluations and analyses.
  • Lead management programs and reviews to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor automated systems for long and short-range planning.
  • Participate in and conduct special studies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide essential technical assistance and direct support to management staff.
  • *Minimum Requirements:**
  • **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, demonstrating proficiency in the responsibilities listed above. Volunteer experience counts.
  • **Federal Compliance:** Meet all qualification requirements, including Time in Grade (52 weeks at GS-13 equivalent for current federal employees) by 08/19/2025.
  • **Resume:** Your resume must clearly outline how you meet all stated requirements.
  • **Background Investigation:** Successful completion of a thorough background investigation is mandatory due to the agency's law enforcement nature. This includes questions regarding felony convictions/charges and illegal drug use.
  • **Residency:** Must have physically resided in the U.S. or its protectorates for at least 3 of the last 5 years. Exceptions may apply for U.S. government service, military, study abroad, or contractor roles.
  • **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
  • **Political Appointee Disclosure:** Current or recent (within 5 years) political appointees must disclose this information.
