## Senior Information Protection & Cybersecurity Lead (GS-15)

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to oversee critical agency-wide Information Protection (IP) programs, including cybersecurity, privacy, and information management. This role involves driving strategic planning, implementing robust security policies, and managing a team of IT specialists within the federal service.

### Key Responsibilities:

• **Strategic Oversight:** Develop and monitor multi-year plans for portfolio management and strategic alignment of Information Protection initiatives.
• **Program Leadership:** Oversee all Information Protection elements and contractors, covering Cybersecurity, Privacy, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and Information Management.
• **Security Program Development:** Design and implement a comprehensive information security program to protect enterprise communications, systems, and assets from both internal and external threats.
• **Team Supervision:** Manage subordinate work assignments and schedules, and reconcile conflicts and priorities, ensuring efficient team operations.

### Required Qualifications:

• **Experience:** One year of specialized IT-related experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service, with a focus on information protection and cybersecurity leadership.
• **Technical Expertise:** Proven knowledge in Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing, including current key Departmental initiatives like DoD Identity Management, Zero Trust, and DEVSECOPS implementations.
