Supervisory IT Specialist (Plcypln)

Join our team as a strategic leader overseeing critical Information Protection (IP) programs within the federal service. You will direct initiatives across Cybersecurity, Privacy, FOIA, and Information Management, ensuring the security and integrity of enterprise assets.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and oversee all Information Protection (IP) elements and contractors, covering Cybersecurity, Privacy, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and Information Management.
• Serve as a strategic leader in developing and monitoring agency multi-year plans, focusing on portfolio management and strategic alignment.
• Supervise and manage subordinate staff, including assigning tasks, scheduling, and resolving conflicts.
• Develop and implement robust information security programs to protect enterprise communications, systems, and assets from various threats.
• *Required Expertise:**
• Proven experience in Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing.
• Familiarity with current Departmental initiatives, including DoD Identity Management, Zero Trust, and DEVSECOPS implementations.
• *Qualifications (GS-15 Level):**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the federal service, demonstrating the ability to perform the duties listed above.
• Experience must be IT-related, including paid or unpaid (volunteer) work.
• Must meet Individual Occupational Requirements for the 2210 series, demonstrating the following competencies:
