Job Description

IT Specialist needed with complex system, network, and security experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

*Key Responsibilities & Experience:**
Design and implement complex security and system software/hardware for personal computers on wide area networks or large-scale mainframe systems.
Develop plans, programs, or training to enhance employee performance or career development.
Design, install, configure, and maintain complex network computer resources.
Serve as a primary computer contact and resource for critical/technical issues, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
Perform benchmark tests for new equipment and advise management on cost-effective telecommunications and networking alternatives.

*Required Qualifications:**
**Specialized Experience:** One year of IT experience demonstrating the competencies required to successfully perform the duties listed above.
**Attention to Detail:** Thorough, conscientious, and attentive to detail in all tasks.
**Customer Service:** Assess needs, provide information/assistance, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Oral Communication:** Express information effectively, make clear presentations, listen actively, and respond appropriately.
**Problem Solving:** Identify problems, determine relevance of information, use sound judgment, evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations.
