## Senior Industrial Security Specialist (GS-14)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Industrial Security Specialist to manage and lead complex industrial security programs. This role involves ensuring robust compliance, developing strategic plans, and conducting critical security assessments.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the implementation of industrial security programs.
• Lead or supervise industrial security projects or teams.
• Ensure industrial security programs comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strategic plans.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct security vulnerability inspections of facilities and prepare reports of findings.

• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, performing duties similar to those listed above.
• **Mandatory Certification (Selective Placement Factor):** Must possess and provide proof of an **active Industrial Security Oversight Certification** from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE).
• **Federal Employees (Time-in-Grade):** Current or former federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the GS-13 grade level. Proof of status (SF-50) is required.
• *Salary:** Starting at $142,488.00 (GS-14 level).
