Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment And Placement)

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead and manage HR Operations, with a primary focus on staffing and recruitment. This role requires at least one year of specialized experience, which can include paid or volunteer work, demonstrating:

• **Leadership & Management:** Leading or managing a Human Resources Operations team focused on staffing and recruitment functions.
• **Expert HR Guidance:** Providing authoritative advice, interpretation, and recommendations on Federal human resource laws, regulations, policies, and principles to leadership and customers.
• **Program Development:** Analyzing, evaluating, and developing major aspects of agency-wide human resources programs.
• **Compliance:** Ensuring compliance with regulatory laws, policies, and procedures related to staffing and recruitment.
• **Staff Development:** Coaching, mentoring, and evaluating human resources staff.
