- Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-13 level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility if outside Federal service.
- Proven expertise in:
- *For Federal Applicants:** Must have served 52 weeks at a GS-13 or higher grade.
