Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Automated Systems Specialist (GS-15) to lead and manage our HR technology initiatives. This critical role ensures the efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment of our automated HR systems.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Supervise, lead, or act as a senior specialist for human resources automated systems and reporting tools.
• Analyze and evaluate HR technology proposals and planned developmental projects, ensuring compliance with HR laws, regulations, and policies.
• Provide expert technical guidance on systems operations, personnel information systems applications, and programs designed to improve work methods through automation.
• Perform comprehensive human resources systems testing, analysis, and evaluation of functions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Assess the effectiveness of HR technology programs by researching and resolving complex conditions, problems, or questions.
• *Qualifications:**
• Possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent, performing duties such as:

* Leading or supervising human resources automated systems and reporting tools. * Analyzing HR technology projects for compliance with established HR laws, regulations, and policies. * Providing technical expertise for HR systems operations, applications, and automation programs. * Conducting HR systems testing, analysis, and evaluation to ensure data quality and integrity. * Assessing HR technology program effectiveness through research and problem-solving.
