We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Automated Systems Specialist (GS-15) to lead and manage our HR technology initiatives. This critical role ensures the efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment of our automated HR systems.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise, lead, or act as a senior specialist for human resources automated systems and reporting tools.
- Analyze and evaluate HR technology proposals and planned developmental projects, ensuring compliance with HR laws, regulations, and policies.
- Provide expert technical guidance on systems operations, personnel information systems applications, and programs designed to improve work methods through automation.
- Perform comprehensive human resources systems testing, analysis, and evaluation of functions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Assess the effectiveness of HR technology programs by researching and resolving complex conditions, problems, or questions.
