Seeking experienced Federal Payroll & Compensation Specialist (GS-14) to advise, develop, and lead federal payroll operations.

## Federal Payroll & Compensation Specialist (GS-14)

  • *Starting Salary:** $142,488.00
We are seeking a highly experienced Federal Payroll & Compensation Specialist to provide expert guidance and leadership in federal payroll operations and compliance.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive advisory services to internal and external stakeholders on federal compensation and payroll laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Research and interpret federal guidelines to identify opportunities for streamlining and improving payroll processes.
  • Develop and implement federal payroll policies, operational guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Offer advice, counsel, and instruction to staff members on payroll operations and work assignments.
### Qualifications:
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, demonstrating proficiency in:
* Advising on federal laws, regulations, and policies governing compensation and payroll programs. * Researching and interpreting federal guidelines to enhance payroll processes. * Developing payroll policies, guides, or standard operating procedures. * Providing guidance and instruction to staff on payroll-related matters.
