Seeking experienced Federal Payroll & Compensation Specialist (GS-14) to advise, develop, and lead federal payroll operations.
## Federal Payroll & Compensation Specialist (GS-14)
- *Starting Salary:** $142,488.00
### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advisory services to internal and external stakeholders on federal compensation and payroll laws, regulations, and policies.
- Research and interpret federal guidelines to identify opportunities for streamlining and improving payroll processes.
- Develop and implement federal payroll policies, operational guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Offer advice, counsel, and instruction to staff members on payroll operations and work assignments.
