• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Serve as an expert advisor, offering strategic guidance and technical leadership in human capital management.
• Direct and manage recruitment, staffing, and employee training & development initiatives.
• Oversee organizational position management, track training requirements, conduct staffing projections, and manage associated budgets.
• Deliver clear and concise communications to senior leaders on critical organizational matters.
• Lead and mentor teams, providing guidance on both work-related and administrative issues.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and address employee concerns to foster a cohesive work environment.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal grade level, demonstrating expertise in human capital program management, recruitment, and talent development.
• Proven ability to lead teams, provide expert counsel, and effectively resolve workplace issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex issues to senior leadership.
• Experience with tracking, reporting, and managing budgetary aspects related to human capital programs.
