Seeking an experienced Human Capital Advisor to lead recruitment, talent development, and HR operations for a federal agency.
Join our team as an experienced Human Capital Advisor, providing strategic leadership and management across essential HR functions. You will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by overseeing recruitment, staffing, and professional development programs within a dynamic federal environment.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as an expert advisor, offering strategic guidance and technical leadership in human capital management.
- Direct and manage recruitment, staffing, and employee training & development initiatives.
- Oversee organizational position management, track training requirements, conduct staffing projections, and manage associated budgets.
- Deliver clear and concise communications to senior leaders on critical organizational matters.
- Lead and mentor teams, providing guidance on both work-related and administrative issues.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and address employee concerns to foster a cohesive work environment.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal grade level, demonstrating expertise in human capital program management, recruitment, and talent development.
- Proven ability to lead teams, provide expert counsel, and effectively resolve workplace issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex issues to senior leadership.
- Experience with tracking, reporting, and managing budgetary aspects related to human capital programs.
- *Federal Employment Details:**
- This position is for the GS-14 grade level.
- Applicants must meet federal qualification and Time-in-Grade requirements.
- A background investigation and residency requirements apply.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
