Summary
Lead federal HR performance and employee relations programs, providing expert guidance and ensuring compliance at the GS-15 level.
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources professional at the GS-15 level to lead and manage critical performance and employee relations programs. This role demands strategic leadership and expert guidance in complex HR matters.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead a team, including task assignment, performance standard setting, staff training, and resource management.
- Develop and implement performance management and employee relations goals and strategies by evaluating organizational operations and workforce trends.
- Provide expert guidance and assistance to senior leadership, supervisors, and employees on performance management and employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
- Interpret and apply Federal laws and regulations to resolve performance management and employee relations issues, ensuring compliance.
- *Qualifications:**
- Possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising teams and leading HR programs.
- Proven expertise in performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with Federal HR regulations.
