Supervisory General Attorney (Labor And Employment Law Division)

We are seeking a highly capable legal professional to immediately assume significant responsibilities. This role requires exceptional expertise in employment law and strong advocacy skills.

• *Key Qualifications:**
• **Bar Membership:** Active member in good standing of the bar of a U.S. state, territory, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
• **Legal Expertise:** Superior knowledge of employment law.
• **Advocacy Skills:** Outstanding written and oral advocacy abilities.
• **Professional Competencies:**

* Leadership integrity, organizational skills, communication skills, reliability, perseverance, decisiveness, initiative, professionalism, and discretion. * Strong interpersonal relationship skills, including managing conflict and fostering productive internal and external partnerships. * Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
