We are seeking a highly experienced attorney with superior expertise in federal ethics law or attorney professional conduct rules. This role involves managing significant legal responsibilities, contributing to a critical mission within the Department of Homeland Security.
- *Key Requirements:**
- Active bar membership in good standing from a U.S. state, territory, D.C., or Puerto Rico.
- Extensive experience and superior knowledge of federal ethics law or attorney professional conduct.
- Proven leadership integrity, strong organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and relationship building.
- Outstanding written and oral advocacy abilities.
- Demonstrated reliability, perseverance, decisiveness, initiative, professionalism, and discretion.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
