- Plan itineraries and assemble background information for critical meetings and events.
- Prepare and finalize briefing materials, correspondence, and various documents.
- Organize and coordinate administrative activities, effectively adapting to shifting priorities.
- Convey leadership priorities to staff and ensure the timely completion of assignments.
- Independently identify, analyze, and resolve administrative problems using tact and diplomacy.
- Review administrative policies and procedures, identifying and implementing needed changes.

- **Experience:**
- **Education (for GS-11 Level, may substitute or combine with experience):** A Ph.D., an equivalent doctoral degree, or three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (e.g., in business or a related field).
