Summary
Provide executive administrative support to a senior director, managing calendars, travel, research, and sensitive documents.
The Administrative Staff Assistant provides critical support to the OLCD Assistant Director (AD), ensuring efficient daily operations and effective communication.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage administrative duties and facilitate the functions of the OLCD Assistant Director (AD).
- Develop and coordinate complex travel schedules and plans with internal and external organizations (e.g., ICE, DHS).
- Serve as administrative Staff Assistant, ensuring day-to-day office functions and communications effectively support the AD’s activities.
- Conduct extensive research and analysis on training and leadership development programs for reports, presentations, and assessments.
- Manage sensitive personnel files and assist in preparing documents for annual performance reviews.
- Oversee calendars, scheduling, planning, and coordinate support for meetings, conferences, and other events with meticulous attention to detail.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in executive administrative support, including complex scheduling, travel coordination, research, and confidential file management.
