Senior Technical Product Manager for AWS Lead Management, driving global product roadmap and marketing automation innovation.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager in AWS's Lead Management Organization, you will lead the global product roadmap for revolutionizing marketing automation and customer engagement. This strategic role directly impacts sales productivity and revenue, shaping AWS’s future customer interaction.
You will own key capabilities, define strategy, and make critical trade-offs, partnering closely with engineering, program management, and diverse stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Legal. You will also contribute to building product management mechanisms and team culture.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and drive the global product roadmap for lead management, including scoring, delivery, and optimization.
- Translate complex business problems into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
- Own specific product capabilities, defining requirements, and managing feature trade-offs.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and launch.
- Author comprehensive technical product documents (e.g., narratives, EPICS, user stories).
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive alignment of capability strategy with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
- Measure and analyze existing products for innovation opportunities and track success metrics.
- Identify new lead management services to enhance customer value and drive revenue efficiency.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience owning and defining product roadmap strategy.
- Experience with feature delivery and managing trade-offs.
- Ability to contribute to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
- Experience representing and advocating for customers and stakeholders in executive-level planning.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight).
- Track record of building and driving adoption of new tools.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- *Location:** This is a full-time, in-office position located in Arlington, VA; Austin, TX; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA. Relocation offered from within the USA only.
