## Senior Partner Marketing Manager

  • *Overview:**
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to lead global marketing initiatives for our key partners. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and other partners to develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs for Amazon business applications.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute global marketing programs for Amazon business applications in collaboration with large-scale GSIs and partners.
  • Manage and optimize a global budget for joint marketing programs.
  • Enhance communication channels to ensure partners are fully aware of AWS marketing resources and support.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Global and Regional Partner Marketing Teams, Partner Sales, and Solution Architects to design and deliver worldwide partner marketing programs.
  • Oversee external vendors for program execution, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Act as a stakeholder advocate, ensuring partners have necessary tools and removing roadblocks to program execution, while managing relationships to drive AWS revenue growth.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • 6+ years of experience in a consultative marketing role.
  • 6+ years of experience in the technology sector (software, data, or cloud), specifically in partner/channel marketing or account management.
  • 6+ years of experience planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns and liaising with third-party agencies; understanding of MDF programs is ideal.
  • 6+ years of knowledge in marketing best practices and various campaign types.
  • 4+ years of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and reporting tools, with strong presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and the broader cloud landscape.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Proven ability to drive direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic global alliance partners.
  • Excellent consultative and client liaison skills, with an ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong interest in cloud technology and various industries relevant to AWS's business.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, strong time management, and balance competing demands.
