Summary

Lead AWS enterprise MarTech and CX transformations, architecting cloud-native solutions, driving business development, and fostering industry partnerships.

AWS is seeking a Senior Consultant, Marketing Technology & Customer Experience Transformation. This role involves guiding enterprise customers in envisioning and implementing end-to-end Customer 360, MarTech, Adtech, and customer experience transformations, leveraging AWS services, ISV partner solutions, and AI/ML capabilities.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Customer Transformation Leadership:**
* Lead complex 'Composable' Customer 360 and MarTech transformation programs for Fortune 500 enterprises. * Architect and design comprehensive Customer Experience Platforms, including CDPs, identity resolution, AI-driven personalization, and next-best-action models. * Design modern marketing data foundations (data lakehouses, composable architectures) and implement content supply chain solutions. * Develop cross-platform activation strategies and omnichannel customer journey orchestration.
  • **Business Development & Pre-Sales:**
* Collaborate with AWS sales teams to identify and qualify MarTech transformation opportunities. * Create and deliver executive-level presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations to C-suite stakeholders. * Develop compelling project proposals, solution architectures, and statements of work. * Build trusted relationships with CMOs, CDOs, and marketing technology leaders.
  • **Industry Ecosystem & Thought Leadership:**
* Build strategic relationships across the MarTech ecosystem with leading ISVs (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe). * Collaborate with AWS product teams to drive industry-specific capabilities and influence MarTech product roadmaps. * Develop industry thought leadership content on AI-driven customer experience transformation and present at conferences. * Partner with Amazon Advertising and DSP to create integrated customer solutions.

  • *Basic Qualifications:**
  • 5+ years of experience delivering marketing technology transformations, with a focus on Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer experience solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with 3+ MarTech platforms, such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Treasure Data, or Tealium AudienceStream.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience with AWS MarTech-related services (e.g., AWS Entity Resolution, AWS Clean Rooms, Amazon Personalize).
  • Background in agency environments (e.g., Publicis, Accenture Interactive) or MarTech ISV professional services.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, Data Analytics specialty).
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
