Job Description
Summary
Lead AWS enterprise MarTech and CX transformations, designing cloud solutions with AI/ML for Fortune 500 customers.
AWS is seeking a Senior Consultant, Marketing Technology & Customer Experience Transformation, to lead enterprise clients in modernizing their MarTech ecosystems and enhancing customer experiences using AWS services, ISV solutions, and AI/ML capabilities.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead complex Customer 360 and MarTech transformation programs for Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Architect and design end-to-end Customer Experience Platforms, including CDPs, identity resolution, and AI-driven personalization engines.
- Design modern marketing data foundations (e.g., data mesh, lakehouses) and implement omnichannel activation strategies.
- Partner with AWS sales teams to qualify MarTech opportunities and develop account strategies.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations to C-suite stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with CMOs, CDOs, and marketing technology leaders.
- Cultivate strategic relationships across the MarTech ecosystem with leading ISV partners.
- Collaborate with AWS product teams to influence industry-specific capabilities and product roadmaps.
- Develop industry thought leadership content on AI-driven customer experience transformation.
- Present at MarTech conferences and executive forums to drive AWS market awareness.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience leading marketing technology transformations, focusing on Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer experience solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with 3+ major MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Treasure Data, Tealium).
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with AWS MarTech-related services (e.g., Entity Resolution, Clean Rooms, Amazon Personalize).
- Background in agency environments or MarTech ISV professional services.
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, Data Analytics Specialty).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
