Summary
Lead enterprise MarTech and customer experience transformations for Fortune 500 clients, leveraging AWS cloud solutions and AI/ML.
AWS is seeking a Senior Consultant, Marketing Technology & Customer Experience Transformation to join our Technology & Industry team. This role focuses on helping enterprise customers drive end-to-end Customer 360, MarTech, Adtech, and customer experience transformations using AWS Services, ISV Partner solutions, and AI/ML capabilities.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Transformation Leadership:** Lead complex ‘Composable’ Customer 360 and MarTech transformation programs. Architect and design end-to-end Customer Experience Platforms (CDPs, identity resolution, AI-driven personalization). Design marketing data foundations and implement content supply chain/omnichannel activation strategies.
- **Business Development & Pre-Sales:** Partner with AWS sales to qualify MarTech opportunities. Create and deliver executive-level presentations, workshops, and proposals. Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- **Industry Ecosystem Development:** Build strategic relationships across the MarTech ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe). Collaborate with AWS product teams and Amazon businesses to create integrated solutions.
- **Thought Leadership & Market Development:** Develop industry thought leadership content on AI-driven customer experience transformation. Present at MarTech conferences and executive forums. Influence AWS MarTech product roadmaps.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- 5+ years experience delivering marketing technology transformations, focusing on Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer experience solutions.
- 5+ years experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with 3+ MarTech platforms, including Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Treasure Data, or Tealium AudienceStream.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with AWS MarTech-related services (e.g., AWS Entity Resolution, AWS Clean Rooms, Amazon Personalize, Amazon Connect Customer Profiles).
- Background in agency environments (e.g., Publicis, Accenture Interactive, Deloitte Digital) or MarTech ISV vendor professional services.
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, Data Analytics specialty).
- Strong communication skills, adept at explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
