Job Description

Summary

Federal role (GS-12/13) supporting leadership with specialized experience in strategic communications, project management, and executive advisement.

This federal role seeks experienced professionals to support leadership and optimize operations at either the GS-12 or GS-13 level.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **GS-12 Level:** Prepare leadership briefings, manage executive calendars and logistics, support project planning and tracking, and communicate with internal stakeholders on action items.
  • **GS-13 Level:** Develop strategic briefings for senior leadership, coordinate interagency communications, lead cross-functional special projects, and advise executives on administrative and operational matters.
  • *Minimum Qualifications:**
  • **GS-12:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, demonstrating skills in leadership support, calendar management, project assistance, and internal communication.
  • **GS-13:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, demonstrating abilities in strategic briefing development, interagency coordination, project leadership, and executive advisement.
