Space Management Specialist

This role involves specialized facilities management, focusing on space planning, real property systems, and project coordination for a federal environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead space planning activities, including analysis, implementation, and review of space requests, alterations, and improvements.
• Manage a comprehensive Real Property Management System, overseeing project gathering, cost estimation, and scheduling.
• Develop schematic drawings to ensure functional, code-compliant spaces.
• Coordinate extensively with GSA, engineers, architects, contractors, and construction managers to establish design criteria, layouts, and specifications.
• Utilize procurement processes for acquiring GSA-controlled, government-owned, or leased private sector space.
• *Qualifications:**
• One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in facilities or space management.
