Join a premier luxury hotel in Washington, D.C., renowned for its world-class fine dining and hospitality. We are seeking an experienced culinary leader to manage and elevate our high-volume kitchen operations.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Support the Executive Chef in comprehensive kitchen management.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team to foster excellence.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional standards under pressure.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food preparation and presentation in a fine dining setting.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining kitchen environment.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train and develop staff.
  • Proven capability to manage kitchen operations and maintain quality standards effectively.
  • *Compensation & Benefits:**
  • **Salary:** $75,000 - $80,000
