## Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel, Washington D.C.
Join a premier luxury hotel in Washington, D.C., renowned for its world-class fine dining and hospitality. We are seeking an experienced culinary leader to manage and elevate our high-volume kitchen operations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the Executive Chef in comprehensive kitchen management.
- Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team to foster excellence.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional standards under pressure.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food preparation and presentation in a fine dining setting.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train and develop staff.
- Proven capability to manage kitchen operations and maintain quality standards effectively.
- *Compensation & Benefits:**
- **Salary:** $75,000 - $80,000
