Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Specialist (Vict Adv) - (Title 5)

• *Responsibilities:**
• Manage and direct social science programs, including supporting organizations.
• Analyze problems, identify key factors, gather data, and develop solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, plans, policies, and various correspondence.
• Evaluate program objectives and create strategies for effective utilization of social science resources.
• Apply analytical and evaluative techniques to enhance program operations and administrative support functions.
• Establish and maintain strong professional working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• *Requirements:**
• **Experience:**

* General experience managing or directing social science programs. * Minimum of one year of specialized experience (equivalent to next lower grade) analyzing issues, preparing plans, evaluating objectives, and applying analytical techniques to social science program operations. * Demonstrated knowledge of organizational mission and staff procedures.

• **Certifications & Clearances:**

* Possess or obtain the DoD-mandated Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Credentialing Program (D-SAACP) certification and maintain it through annual training. * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance within one year of appointment.

• **Other:**

* Compliance with the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (Lautenberg Amendment). * May be designated as Essential Personnel, subject to emergency duty (up to 14 days annually).
