- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and deliver intuitive user experiences from concept to completion, transforming complex workflows.
- Lead strategic planning and propose innovative, data-backed customer experience solutions.
- Develop and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate designs and ensure customer-centricity.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor fellow designers.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- 6+ years of professional design experience.
- Online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and process.
- Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end design projects from strategy through execution.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in logistics, wayfinding, or service design.
