  • Design and deliver intuitive user experiences from concept to completion, transforming complex workflows.

  • Develop and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate designs and ensure customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor fellow designers.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • 6+ years of professional design experience.
  • Online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and process.
  • Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end design projects from strategy through execution.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in logistics, wayfinding, or service design.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
