Senior UI Designer

Join Hilton's Marketing Creative Design team as a Senior UI Designer. You will enhance customer acquisition and retention through engaging digital experiences across Hilton's global platforms, including web shop, business, luxury, and loyalty initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **UI Design & Execution:** Partner with external design agencies to execute visually refined, responsive UI components for web and mobile. Review deliverables in Figma for brand, design system, and accessibility consistency.
• **Design System & Maintenance:** Make direct design updates, refine existing designs, and contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Hilton's design systems and style guides. Ensure organized files for engineering handoff.
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Act as a design liaison between internal stakeholders and agencies, gathering feedback and clarifying requirements. Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to align UI work with user flows and technical constraints.
• **Quality Assurance:** Participate in design critiques and QA reviews to uphold design quality and ensure a consistent user interface across all digital experiences.
• **Prototyping & Optimization:** Create interactive prototypes for testing and refinement, and optimize designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• *Minimum Qualifications:**
• 5+ years of experience in interface design, product design, or digital design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• An online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Experience with various digital platforms (web, mobile, Connected TV, email).
• Familiarity with AI-based tools to accelerate design development cycles.
