## Senior Product Marketing Manager, Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG)
Join AWS as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, specializing in the Retail and Consumer Goods industry. This role defines and drives messaging, thought leadership, and customer-centric storytelling for the RCG vertical. You will own marketing activities for large-scale events, product launches, and customer announcements, enabling AWS sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams with industry-specific offerings to help companies innovate and modernize using AWS cloud services.
### Key Job Responsibilities:
- **Content Strategy & Creation:** Craft compelling stories, content, and tools (e.g., presentations, whitepapers, customer success stories, product videos) that showcase AWS's Retail and Consumer Goods propositions.
- **Channel Management:** Own content strategy and execution across key communication channels, including website, blog, social media, and email.
- **Event Leadership:** Plan and execute marketing initiatives at industry events, overseeing RCG messaging, content, keynotes, and breakout sessions.
- **Sales Enablement:** Collaborate with AWS field teams to maintain internal sales hubs with the latest industry resources, value propositions, and sales enablement content.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Partner with various marketing teams (web content, campaigns, demand generation, field teams, and events) to drive and execute global marketing initiatives.
- **Performance Optimization:** Continuously measure and optimize product marketing initiatives for impact.
- **Customer & Partner Advocacy:** Engage with customers and partners to drive advocacy for AWS RCG solutions.
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Proven track record of leading Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for software or hardware product launches.
- Experience successfully driving large-scale project plans with multiple teams towards business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive results and effectively present findings to senior leadership.
- Industry subject-matter expertise in Retail and Consumer Goods (RCG).
- Passion for applying technology services to create business outcomes within the RCG vertical.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand messaging and materials.
- Experience building and improving scalable mechanisms to deliver marketing results.
- Experience communicating results to diverse stakeholders.
