Summary

Lead AWS Retail & Consumer Goods product marketing, defining messaging, driving GTM, and enabling sales with data-driven strategies.

Join AWS as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Retail and Consumer Goods (RCG) industry. You will drive product strategy, go-to-market motions, and marketing activities to help RCG companies innovate and modernize using AWS cloud services. This role focuses on defining crisp messaging, creating compelling content, and enabling sales teams to accelerate customer adoption.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and refine compelling messaging and thought leadership content for RCG solutions.
  • Craft customer-centric storytelling for various marketing channels (website, blog, social, email).
  • Lead marketing efforts for key events, product launches, and customer/partner announcements.
  • Produce diverse marketing assets, including presentations, whitepapers, infographics, and customer success stories.
  • Collaborate with AWS sales and GTM teams to provide industry-specific enablement content.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to foster advocacy and gather insights.
  • Partner with other marketing teams to execute global marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously measure and optimize product marketing program performance.
  • *Basic Qualifications:**
  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
  • Demonstrated experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategies for software or hardware product launches.
  • Track record of successfully driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams.
  • Experience utilizing data and metrics to drive results and present findings to senior leadership.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience communicating marketing results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ability to transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand messaging and materials.
  • Strong subject-matter expertise in the Retail and Consumer Goods industry.
