Summary

Drive product marketing strategy and content for AWS's Retail and Consumer Goods solutions, enabling customer innovation.

Join AWS as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Retail and Consumer Goods (RCG) industry. You will be instrumental in defining and driving messaging, content strategy, and go-to-market initiatives to empower RCG companies to innovate and modernize with AWS cloud solutions. This role demands transforming complex technical concepts into compelling, customer-centric narratives and impactful marketing programs.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute compelling messaging and thought leadership content for the RCG vertical.
  • Craft customer-centric stories across marketing channels, showcasing measurable customer impact.
  • Lead marketing activities for major events, product launches, and customer/partner announcements.
  • Create and deliver sales enablement programs and resources for AWS GTM teams.
  • Produce diverse marketing collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, webinars, and customer success stories.
  • Manage content strategy and execution for key digital channels (website, blog, social media, email).
  • Engage with customers and partners to drive advocacy and gather insights.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and field support teams on global initiatives and sales resources.
  • Continuously measure and optimize product marketing program performance.
  • *Basic Qualifications:**
  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
  • Proven experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Expertise in leading go-to-market strategies for software or hardware product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale project plans involving multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to achieve results and present to senior leadership.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Passion for applying technology services to create business outcomes within the RCG industry.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Experience in building and improving scalable marketing mechanisms.
  • Track record of success in a data-driven product marketing organization.
