The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is a strategic leader within AWS's Marketing Strategy and Operations team, driving core operational processes and strategic initiatives to maximize business impact.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee core marketing operations, including performance inspection, resource management, and rhythm of business (RoB) coordination.
- Drive strategic activities, provide decision support to leaders, and ensure alignment with sales teams and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (analytics, segmentation, finance) to integrate and enable seamless marketing operations.
- Manage and resolve operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Proven ability to communicate and present results, metrics, and progress to senior leadership.
- Experience utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
