We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead and scale our digital fundraising function. This entrepreneurial role focuses on acquiring, retaining, and growing our small-dollar donor base through data-driven strategies, automation, and experimentation. You will be responsible for end-to-end digital campaign management and optimization, driving measurable revenue growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to grow retail donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Lead iterative testing and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns (paid media, SEO, email journeys).
  • Craft compelling email donor communications, storytelling, and engagement opportunities.
  • Manage digital platforms, ensuring efficient website donation flows and seamless integrations.
  • Utilize AI, automation, and CRM to personalize communications, enhance segmentation, and improve conversion.
  • Establish scalable systems for rapid iteration, data-driven decision-making, and revenue forecasting.
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies to continuously exceed fundraising goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with fundraising, communications, and web development teams.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce growth, or retail fundraising, with 2-3 years leading campaigns.
  • Proven track record of measurable online revenue growth from donors/customers (acquisition, retention, LTV).
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, partnerships).
  • Familiarity with conversion optimization (landing page testing, checkout flows).
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp).
  • Skilled in interpreting KPIs, running A/B tests, and using analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) for insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong content creation abilities.
  • Ability to manage vendors and collaborate effectively across teams.

Flexible; fully remote within the United States.

  • *Compensation:**
Expected US pay range: $98,700 - $110,000 annually.
