Summary

Seeking an experienced professional for a GS-13 role to manage calendars, track deadlines, and facilitate project collaboration.

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional for a GS-13 level position. This role requires strong administrative and project coordination skills within a dynamic environment.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage and schedule complex calendars and appointments.
  • Establish, monitor, and track critical project deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure successful project and deliverable completion.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, performing duties such as calendar management, deadline tracking, and collaborative project work.
  • Your resume must clearly demonstrate how you meet these specialized experience requirements.
  • *Additional Requirements:**
  • **Background Investigation:** Must successfully pass a thorough background investigation, as required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
  • **Residency:** Must have resided in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years. Exceptions may apply for U.S. Government employees/dependents or study abroad participants.
  • **Probationary Period:** New federal employees will serve a one-year probationary period.
  • **Time in Grade:** Current federal employees must meet Time in Grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent) by 09/12/2025.
