Lead digital transformation for state and local government treasury and retirement systems using AWS cloud solutions.
The AWS U.S. State and Local Government team is seeking a **Treasury & Retirement Solutions Lead** to drive digital transformation for state and local government agencies. This role focuses on leveraging AWS cloud services to modernize treasury operations and retirement administration, improving security, resilience, and customer experience.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as an expert in treasury and retirement administration, guiding modernization efforts.
- Identify industry trends and develop strategies to accelerate cloud adoption for customers.
- Cultivate relationships with executive business and IT leaders, and AWS partners.
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams to build innovative solutions, programs, and frameworks.
- Support customers in achieving strategic digital transformation goals.
- Analyze market trends, report on KPIs, and influence solution development.
- Provide thought leadership through presentations, white papers, and social media.
- Travel 30-40% and work autonomously.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
