Summary
AWS seeks a Treasury & Retirement Cloud Transformation Specialist to drive digital adoption for state and local government.
Join the AWS U.S. State and Local Government team to lead digital transformation in treasury operations and retirement administration. This role focuses on helping government agencies leverage AWS cloud to enhance security, innovation, and customer experience.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as an expert in treasury and retirement administration, guiding modernization efforts for efficiency, insights, and improved customer experience.
- Identify industry trends to develop vertical strategies and accelerate cloud adoption.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with executive business and IT leaders, and AWS partners.
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams to develop solutions, programs, and frameworks for digital transformation.
- Support customers in achieving their strategic cloud adoption goals.
- Identify solution gaps and influence joint AWS and partner solution development.
- Analyze market trends and report on performance KPIs.
- Provide thought leadership through presentations, white papers, blogs, and social media.
- Travel 30-40% and work autonomously.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Experience developing strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, including process building and coordinating release schedules.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience interpreting data and providing business recommendations.
- *Compensation:**
- National base pay ranges from $133,200 to $220,200 annually, depending on market and experience.
- Colorado base pay ranges from $147,900 to $200,100 annually.
- Total compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
