Senior Associate, User Experience Research Operations

Join our Experience Design (XD) Research Operations team as a Senior Associate to enhance research capabilities and streamline practices. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, empowering researchers and designers to focus on high-impact work by managing unified research operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Process Optimization:** Manage research project logistics, implement improvements for efficiency.
• **Research Governance:** Ensure compliance with ethics, privacy, and data protection standards.
• **Knowledge Management:** Develop and maintain a library of research practices, resources, and templates.
• **Research Advocacy:** Promote and evangelize research methodologies across the organization.
• **Project Management:** Collaborate with Research and Design teams to manage project systems and logistics.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum 2 years experience in UX/Research Operations, project management, or process improvement.
• Direct experience working with Research or Design teams.
• Strong communication, systems thinking, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Proven commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with research tools, vendors, and panel management.
• Experience managing risk in regulated research environments (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with project management (e.g., Jira) and data visualization tools (e.g., Confluence).
• *Salary:** Competitive annual salary, typically ranging from $109,000 - $124,400, dependent on location. This is a full-time role.
