Join our Experience Design (XD) Research Operations team as a Senior Associate, driving efficiency and impact through strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will champion unified research operations, enabling high-quality design and research insights at scale.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Process Optimization:** Manage logistics for multiple research projects and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• **Research Governance:** Ensure compliance with ethical, privacy, and data protection standards across research and design projects.
• **Knowledge Management:** Build and maintain a comprehensive library of research practices, resources, and templates.
• **Research Advocacy:** Promote and integrate research best practices throughout the organization.
• **Project Management:** Partner with Research and Design teams to understand needs and manage project systems effectively.
• *Qualifications:**
• *Basic:**
• 2+ years of experience in UX or Research Operations, project management, or process improvement.
• Direct experience collaborating with Research or Design teams.
• *Preferred:**
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong systems thinking with a proven track record of scaling design and research practices.
• Strategic acumen for anticipating and resolving complex cross-functional problems.
• Robust project management experience with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with research tools, vendors, and panel management.
• 2+ years experience managing risk in highly regulated research environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for 2+ years.
