Sap Marketing Campaign Manager, U.S. Public Services

SAP is seeking a skilled Campaign Manager for U.S. Public Services to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies.

• *What You'll Do:**
• Develop and implement public sector integrated campaign strategies aligned with go-to-market priorities.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across various channels, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with sales, partners, SMEs, and internal teams to achieve shared marketing outcomes.
• Optimize marketing budget allocation to maximize pipeline generation and ROI.
• Measure pipeline impact, analyze lead conversion, and ensure accountability for marketing KPIs.
• Develop compelling content that highlights SAP's unique value in the public sector market.
• Support global marketing program localization and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews.
• *What You Bring:**
• 8+ years of professional marketing and demand generation experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated public sector marketing experience is required.
• Background in enterprise software and/or SaaS industry.
• Expertise in field marketing, channel marketing, ABM, or demand generation.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and achieve measurable ROI targets.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in pipeline attribution and marketing performance measurement.
• Excellent project management abilities, managing multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with regional and global colleagues.
• Experience with global marketing campaign localization and adaptation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• *Location & Compensation:**

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in an SAP office in the Mid-Atlantic (D.C. or Reston, VA preferred). No relocation is offered. The targeted combined compensation range for this position is $127,100 - $216,000 USD.
