Job Description
Lead advanced psychological research and program management to inform and enhance sexual assault prevention, response, and victim support initiatives.
This role seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead critical initiatives in sexual assault prevention, response, and victim support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate complex scientific and psychological research into actionable strategies for improving victim recovery, deterring offenders, and reducing sexual violence.
* Apply expert knowledge of psychological principles, research design, assessment methods, and human behavior change to integrate new findings into ongoing research.
* Design and execute advanced analytical assessments, studies, and metrics to evaluate sexual assault prevention and response programs at national or international levels.
* Lead comprehensive data collection and analysis, ensuring all results are scientifically sound, reliable, and replicable.
* Develop and manage systematic processes for reviewing, collaborating on, analyzing, and disseminating sexual assault-related research and data.
* Manage projects through all phases, from planning and definition (e.g., Project Plans, Statements of Work) to successful completion and delivery of work products.
Required Qualifications:
* Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Psychology, directly related to professional work in psychology. Official transcripts are required.
* One year of specialized experience demonstrating expertise in:
* Translating scientific research into practical strategies for sexual assault prevention and response.
* Applying advanced psychological principles, research design, and analytical methodologies.
* Conducting and overseeing complex assessment projects and studies.
* Managing data collection, analysis, and dissemination processes for sensitive research topics.
* Leading and managing projects from initiation to completion within a research or program development context.
Note: All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
