Quality Control and Training Specialist

This Federal position (GS-12) requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, demonstrating expertise in: * **Quality Assurance/Control:** Applying concepts, principles, and practices through analyses, studies, or surveys. * **Cost Estimation:** Estimating repair/replacement costs for damaged residential/commercial structures, including contents and personal property. * **Training Development:** Designing and implementing training programs, including creating materials, course guidelines, and instructing classes. * **Software Proficiency:** Utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer) or comparable programs for information management. **Important Application Information:** * Clearly state month, year, and average hours worked per week for all relevant experience on your resume. * Federal applicants must meet both Time In Grade and experience requirements. * Do not copy/paste job duties directly into your resume.
